7: Solve up edge block
Restore the U(up) 4 edge blocks, your goal:
This is the last step. There is only one formula RU’RURURU’R’U’R’R’. The edge blocks that do not need to be exchanged are placed on back face, using this formula, front right and left edge blocks of the up layer can be exchanged counterclockwise. If you can’t find such a face you can get such a face by run this formula.
- Case1 Found the edge that need not to swap, put it on back.
- Case2 Can’t find the edge that need not to be exchanged. You can get Case1 by directly doing this formula first. You can restore the Rubik’s cube completely by doing this formula no more than 2 times.
